Judging by our seemingly insatiable appetite for buffets, most Singaporeans would probably agree that paying a fixed price for unlimited servings of food is an irresistible deal.
Recently, I was invited by Mediacorp to grace this wonderful, yummylicious event as a food taster at Fullerton Hotel chocolate buffet! *envy me*
I must say that the desserts and the service provided is really good! :*) I love it when service staff pay attention to the tiniest details of a customer’s needs and wants.
The Fullerton Hotel chocolate buffet was around since 2001 and was first introduced largely as a unique option for patrons. “It is a novelty that never wears off because of the wide appeal of chocolate”. A dessert and chocolate wonderland with more than 30 items on the chocolate buffet menu – my favorite being the Lychee tiramisu! Custom blended chocolate drinks are also made available – Freshly made!
The buffet features Valrhona chocolate, a high quality variety from France, which also happens to be my favorite chocolate when used during baking. Be sure to try out my recommendations!
